 SOHO China is a real estate developer founded by Mr. Pan Shiyi (Chairman) and Ms. Zhang Xin (CEO) in 1995. Its goal is to provide innovative living spaces and create fashionable lifestyles for people who appreciate the finer things in life.
SOHO China has been developing several large-scale, avant-garde projects in the CBD of Beijing, and its total development is over 1,550,000 square meters, which represents 20% of the CBD in construction scale and 39% of the total sales in the CBD. They are SOHO New Town, Jianwai SOHO, SOHO Shangdu, Chaowai SOHO and Guanghualu SOHO , in addition to the renowned prize winning Commune by the Great Wall in Beijing and Boao Kempinski on Hainan Island.
